To ensure the stable operation of the SCFIS (Europe 

service) data collection system and the accuracy, 

authenticity, integrity, uniqueness, and consistency of the 

data collected by such system, SSE has established a 

quarterly data verification regime. Under this regime, SSE: 

(1) verifies each quarter whether the data transmitted 

by each sample company to the SCFIS data collection 

system fall within the specification for freight rates; (2) 

verifies each quarter the observance of freight rate

specification by all sample companies and the operations 

of the interconnected IT systems; and (3) verifies the 

production system of each sample company through site 

inspection or videos.
